Assistance for awarding the works contracts

The tender documents produced by IDBD includes:

• The technical specifications

• detailed plans and diagrams of the irrigation system,

• the list of all works and supplies in the form of a bill of quantity

• the provisional work progress schedule.

The bidding documents are delivered to the client in the form of a paper edition and in electronic format (pdf, xls, dwg files).

At the request of the Client, IDBD analyzes the technical and financial offers of the bidders.

The summary report provided by IDBD allows the Client to select the tenderer of his choice with full knowledge of the facts.
